DAVAO CITY, Davao, PH
-- After the unfortunate fire incident that burned down its NCCC Mall Maa, the homegrown Retail store in Mindanao, the  LTS Retail Specialists, Inc., is rising again and planning to built a new mall in the same area where the fire incident happened.

"The renovation of the mall was actually already in the pipeline until the unfortunate event happened. A lot of our time and energy were directed in rebuilding Maa," NCCC Malls president Sharelene Lim said.

She has also  revealed the construction of its first Retail Hub, a community mall concept, in Matina, Davao City. The construction was already started. "Retail Hub will replicate the NCCC mall experience but on a smaller scale in selected sites, initially here in Davao, then Cotabato, Bukidnon and Kidapawan," she said.

"With the attention that Davao City is getting, people are starting to see big opportunities," she said. She also bared the upcoming plans of the family-run business.

Lim, along with her siblings, took over the reins of their company around 3 years ago, and since then, have transformed the homegrown brand into a business conglomerate.

NCCC started as a humble textile store by Lim's grandfather Lim Tian Siu in 1952.
